RMA – General terms and condition
Repair/replacement can be made for products procured from Enetek Power Asia Pte Ltd
2. Repair registration
The RMA form has to be completely filled out by the customer and electronically submitted to Enetek Power Asia service centre. No repair/exchange of defective units will be processed unless the RMA form has been filled out as required
3. Return delivery
Faulty units should only be returned to the following address freight prepaid within 30 days upon RMA approval.

4. Delivery time
Enetek Power Asia service centre will proceed with the repair/replacement process as soon as possible but the delivery is dependent on local conditions.
5. Non-returned units (special instances where replacements were sent prior to RMA returns)
Should the faulty unit not be returned to the Enetek Power Asia service centre within 14 days after receiving the replacement unit, Enetek Power Asia will have the prerogative to invoice the replacement unit.
6. Non-registered returns
Enetek Power Asia requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. Products not authorized for return shall be sent back at customer’s expense. Enetek Power Asia will not be liable for any loss of or damage to unauthorized return items.
7. Fault analysis
Enetek Power Asia will carry out a fault analysis of the returned equipment for quality assurance. Customers shall have no entitlement to a detailed fault report.
